Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened products. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days at the customer’s expense.How to Request a Return

Important Note
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
